This is basically an Apple Watch that does it all for fitness phonetics but at a much cheaper price. This watch allows you to track your steps, calories burned, distance walked, stress level, water intake, sleep states, and to top it off, it gets connected to your phone via Bluetooth and store your data in the Fitbit app. Since this is a more advanced version of the fit bit watches, it allows you to add your credit card so you can purchase stuff with them and not need them physically with you!
