*sleeves are altered* wool open front cascade caesigan with toggle button front. striped with baby blue, cream, and navy eith silver metallic threads. please note the sleeves have been hemmed as I found them too long for my short frame. the sleeves are now 21" which comes closer to my wrist. before these were huge bells that were 5 inches past my hands. there is about a 1.5" fold where it's hemmed where you could have a tailor extend it back out a little.
