Altar'd State Size Small Romper Baby Blue Floral

This is so sweet and innocent and adorable, another one that makes me wish I were younger. The fabric has tiny raised tufts of material throughout, which I tried to show in a couple of photos. The body is fully lined, the sleeves unlined. The fabric is a gauzy cotton, not sheer, but thin. About a 2" inseam, and ruffles around the hem. Elastic at waist and cuffs. V-neck front and deep keyhole at back, secured by a button-n-loop.
