Right below the waistband, there's a knot to simulate a wrap, and the skirt flows to midi length, slightly shorter on the knot side. See measurements below. There's also a short white lining to prevent accidental peep shows, but you shouldn't see it if you've put the dress on correctly. With the layers, it's a little tricky 😉. Base color is white with red and gray stripes of varying widths. Very good used condition - no stains, holes or snags. 95% viscose, 5% spandex for a soft, forgiving look and feel.
