Bright blue button front collared fitted shirt from Theory with long sleeves that convert to short sleeves (explorer / safari style!). Size P petite, listed as an XS since they don't have a pure P option and the measurements are consistent. This blue is really gorgeous - bright with a green / teal undertone. Structured linen blend: 62% linen, 36% viscose, 2% spandex. You can see the structure in the collar ... this shirt doesn't just flop around, and the linen has a bit of natural nubbing (might look like snags in the pictures). It curves with the body - beautifully tailored like other Theory garments. The convertible sleeves are great! Worn down, they hit right above my wristbone with two buttons, but I usually unbuttoned and folded them twice. I also wore them short ... there's a button at the bicep and a fabric piece inside so you can fold them up and secure them so the length is right above the elbow.
