For reference I'm a US size 12/XL, my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. purchased on Amazon, there is no brand label. however it is identical to the purple Scarlet darkness shrug I also had listed 😅 size XL stretch black velvet bolero/ shrug with three-tiered ruffled, bell cuffs and faux leather buckles at elbows and neckline. measurements taken with the garment laid flat, 20 in from underarm to underarm, sleeve are 25 in from shoulder seam to cuff. 12 in Long from back of neck to bottom hem. Worn once, new condition except for I had to add another hole for the neck strap because it was too loose on me. see photo. Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
