Flairs so it flows when you walk. not sure armpit to armpit helps because the sleeves are sort of dolman -has great pockets. Not sure how I can better measure it but if any one has any suggest -I’d like to hear. Armpit to. Armpit approx 25” listing as xxl because it is plus—made in USA and just back from dry cleaners
