Hi! Lacoste size FR 5 would be a men’s?

@chasela Thanks for asking. In French sizing, FR 5 typically corresponds to a US Large (L) size. For example, a Lacoste Polo Shirt labeled FR 5 would be a US Large, suitable for a chest measurement of 39-40 inches. The corresponding French size is 41-43cm. This is a unisex item that to me runs more like a MEDIUM however Please check measurements in the listing.

@share_bear1588 yes thank you, aware but my point though is Lacoste size 5 is really considered a men’s size and it’s listed in women’s. Women’s sizing is in Euro 36, 38, 40, etc.

My husband has this same sweater in their FR size 6 and I agree it does run small for a ‘large’. My son wears a 5 in Lacoste and he fits size M, You may want to edit it to men’s category for better exposure but mention it fits more like a medium vs large, for what it’s worth, just was trying to gently help is all🙂 🙏🏻

Spouse also has this sweater in their size 7… but they both were purchased in the years past from the men’s department when Lacoste sold these. Have a great day.
