This beautiful dress has a beautiful pleated waist with lots of lovely twirly motion. There is a small area of slight damage/pulls. Not very noticeable unless you are close, very close. Someone handy with embroidery could add a few flowers to hide and enhance! This area is shown in the photo with red circle. Steeply discounted for this reason.
