This was purchased from a local boutique and tag has been cut. It is a gorgeous dress that is smocked with square neck and balloon sleeves. The back ties so it is partially open. The dress is a medium and my model is a small so it is somewhat big and the back would look so cute on the right size model. Front side pockets. Excellent preowned condition.
