Please see my photos and let me know if you have any other info that you would like. I looked around the net, trying to find this and all I could locate was a copy on AbeBooks for $180. It was no longer available on Amazon. I am not an expert on book/music grading, but I did take piano lessons for about 12 years, and this book/music is in good/good+ condition. The cover has what I call "shelf shuffle" wear at edges, but the music inside is in very good condition. As I examined it and took photos, I didn't see writing, even in pencil. Thanks.
