cleoniesales Are these brand new? Did the back heel rip at the top? Trying to figure out if it will get worse with wear

ecolux @cleoniesales hello! This defect appears to be a manufacturer discrepancy as the shoes themselves look like they’re in like- new condition. The leather is good quality and the shoes themselves have good weight to them so I think they’ll last while but I’m unsure on how they’ll eventually wear out and if it’ll get worse. A shoe cobbler can stitch it back out I believe.
