I have all of the authentic tags and serial number pertaining to the tote. Handbag is in "like new" condition, recommend putting a tote organizer (can order one through Amazon) to keep the structure of the tote. Top handles shown in photos are a bit worn from the leather, all other reviews say the same thing. Small stain on interior which can be buffed out.
