karilyneroberts @rachel_etc Good morning, and thank you for stopping by my closet. I have uploaded a few more pictures for you. A new strap would go through the metal grommets. The tabs that attach the grommets to the sides of this bag are very secure. So, to answer your question, yes, the strap holes will support a new strap.
