From a boutique brand, Jack Wills “Fabulously British,” it has a full circle skirt and is sleeveless. Definitely runs small, tagged a size 4 and seems like an XS (see measurements). This is perfect for back to school with a cardigan or blazer! It’s very dark academia, collegiate or Gossip Girl (just add a headband and you’re Blair Waldorf 👀). No notable flaws, only a little wear as can be seen in the inner lining. No notable wear on the outside. This is lined to give the skirt shape. A gorgeous navy, teal and deep purple tartan plaid.
