micdrobi Hi @zlynseyz - I bought a pair of these from you back in Sept for my gf for Christmas. She loves them, but unfortunately she came home yesterday and one of the charms was gone, seemingly the charm snagged something, the metal circle holding the charm twisted, and the charm fell off/is gone. Could I buy a replacement charm, or ideally send you the earring to have you put the replacement charm back on the earring (since I trust you'd do a better) before sending the earring with he new charm back?
