The painting measured 70"x50" and portrayed each player in their definitive "pose" as chosen by the Spurs management. The painting was the highlight of the live auction and eclipsed the previous record for the event, which was also set by Malcolm 5 years ago when his "Fast Break" masterpiece was auctioned for $115,500.
