suncoast917 @mel4bill hello :) I am currently away for the day but I will post an actual pic tomorrow of me wearing the bag. I’ve added a stock picture to the post for now to show. The strap is adjustable for shoulder or cross body wear.

suncoast917 @mel4bill the small handles cannot be worn on the shoulder. The long cross body strap shortens and you would use that as the shoulder strap. That strap is adjustable and removable. I’ll post the 2 pics with the others.
