Simply Vera Vera Wang black long sleeved blouse with ties at sleeves. High low with small slits on each side of blouse. Pit to pit 21 inches. Shoulder to hems are 26 inches and 30 1/2 inches. Also a tag of some sort to to be cut from blouse. See pic.
