Vintage Y2K Magic Scarf Co. purple scrunchy/popcorn button up/down long sleeve shirt. Collar detail. Feel like I would see this in an early 2000s Disney/Lindsay Lohan/Lizzie McGuire/Mean Girls movie. Looks super tiny but stretches out a ton, and could fit multiple sizes. Marked size OS, could most likely fit XXS-medium.
