Not only does it glow by UV, it also has a light up Jack-o-lantern face (batteries not included and not tested as original plastic stopper is still in place). Mickey's ears are also glitter black so they catch the light. Glowing spider web decorated straps and a mickey pumpkin painted on the back. Metal and enamel Disney tag.
