Cute Ted baker (London) skirt, the bottom layer has some stretch the top does not, it is poly chiffon type of material that drapes over the bottom skirt, the back is covered, the front is exposed and has a small bow at the top of the zipper. Labeled 4 which is L per Ted baker size chart which I posted along with their given measurements. Non smoking, chemical free, moth ball free, no dry cleaning, strong detergents/perfumes, pet friendly home. Any questions please ask.
