Custom-made in the 80’s and just worn once! This seems to be a size 8 dress with a black velvet bodice with short puff sleeves and a low cut back. There is beautiful taffeta piping in a filigree design at waist and a dark green taffeta full skirt! Large bow at center back waist with back zip. Worn once and seems in really good condition.. Length is 53” from shoulder to hem. Bust is 20-1/2” flat SS to SS under AHs and waist is 15” flat. Just Needs a steaming. Thank you
