Would this fit a women’s small?

@sammy4691 I’m a size 6 and it fits my shoulders and buttons around waist (but snug). Arms are about 1.5 in above the wrist. I am 5’10 so bottom of jacket hit a little high around waist. If you are a 0,2,4 I think it would work because shoulders work.
