This color shows off really well. Bright. The cut is standard Speedo so although a 38 it would fit a 35-36 waist. I’m 35 and the fit is perfect. I opened the package but kept it to ship in. Honestly, I have like seven pairs of speedos and I need to just clear out some of my stock. Ask any questions.
