LPS lot includes the 2007 Treehouse, The tree house is 2007 while the animals and extras may be different years.Many extras (may or may not go with tree house, and 24 animals, 2 are Mc Donalds (+ 1 extra head) - everything shown. These are in used played with condition, with damage to some pieces ( patio table w/ damage to base, basket handle broke, one animal with broken ear, and seal nose cracked) tried to list all damage, but please study photos carefully as best indicator of condition.
