erikalamx @mswonderland sounds perfect. I am 5’9” tall and wear a size 8/10. I’m thinking this should fit? What are your thoughts?

mswonderland 100% I'm the same height! It is very flowy. The tie is not attached so that can be placed wherever you choose to accentuate (empire, waist, etc.) I love it. I just don't find myself wearing dresses very often.
