Anne Carson embroidered top or jacket

This is a beautifully embroidered bright blue Anne Carson size small. Fully lined so could be worn as a top or as a jacket. Has a great vintage feel to it! There is one small area of discoloration on the hem as shown in the pictures. Dry cleaning may take it out.
