Reposhing this item I purchased from @heyhialyssa. Unfortunately it didn’t fit me, but it’s super cute & in great condition! Tag says 25 but the waist measure is closer to 28. I’d say this would be a better fit for someone whose waist & hip measurements are fairly close to one another
