Made in Belgium women’s skirt houndstooth A-line navy white size XS academia

This skirt is made in Belgium It seems to be of very high-qualify craftsmanship and fabric and is in very good to excellent preowned condition Center back zipper Fully lined in dark blue up to 2 inches from the hem No pockets or slits Inside the center back is also a button closure… I have included photos of it buttoned and unbuttoned There are also two ribbon loops on each side of the waistband. I’m thinking they are to hang the skirt It does not have a US size tag There is a tiny tag (pictured) that says 40 Approx measurements laid flat: Width: 12 1/4 inches Length: 25 inches There is no stretch It does not have a fabric tag I am not sure of the fabric… please see photos and video There is not a washing / care instructions tag Such a lovely skirt from Belgium Navy blue and white houndstooth pattern skirt Bin M
