This lovely short formal with a strapless stand-up fluted bodice, pleated waistband, florals, and poufy skirt with balloon hem is ultra feminine in pastel periwinkle with a metallic sheen. Fabric is polyester/nylon/spandex, polyester lined, with a grip band around the inside top. Measures 14.5" armpit to armpit, 13" side to side at waist, and 28" armpit to hem. Dry clean. Excellent condition.
