This skirt is made from European cotton in the petunia floral print. The waist has both elastic and a drawstring that can be adjusted to fit a variety of sizes. Like all Magnolia Pearl, this skirt features hand fading & distressing and frayed trims. The front of the skirt has cascades of ruffles, and the back has three sets of drawstring gathers that allow you to "bustle" the skirt. The skirt can also be reversed and worn with the ruffles on the back. Brand new with tags and purchased directly from MP. Waist measurement gathered is 15" lying flat, but the skirt can easily be tightened or loosened at the waist/hip. The overall length is approx 34".
