Vintage Y2K 90's mallgoth black lace goth vampire top

I bought this brand new forever ago, like 20 years ago.. maybe longer! It's a black top with a black lace overlay in the front and the back has exposed seams. The sleeves are unlined lace and end in dramatic cuffs. Very Victorian vampire! There are some loose threads/stitching at the bottom of the top (see photos), but other than that, this top is in great shape.. especially for its age! It's a junior's size L. The chest measures about 17", the length is about 20", and the sleeves are about 24". Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
