Pink and gold heart earrings

These earrings are super cute and I’m 90% sure they’re real 14k gold and the stone looks like it could be pink morganite. ** I cannot confirm this since they were given as a gift but they are really nice earrings. The backing is very small and I’m almost thinking they might be for a child. They do still fit in my adult ears but they’d fit in a child’s ears better. See last picture to see what I mean.
