Chicago Theater Fine Art Print

Original framed super low numbered limited edition signed print 3 of 350 called "Chicago Theater" by Wennerstern. Unsure of date when this was put out. The frame measurements are W 22.5 x H 26.5, print area W 15 x H 20. This art was purchased as part of an estate auction with lots of amazing pieces that I couldn't let go of but couldn't fit into my personal collection.
