Just In Time USA Mini-dress

Super cute Spandex blend mini-dress! I believe it's vintage 90s? Black with white trim around the neckline and armholes that becomes two straps over the shoulder. The trim is like wide piping. Fiber tag has been removed, but it probably has something like nylon, or acetate and spandex. It is a stretchy bodycon dress. Armpit to armpit 14" Length from shoulder 32" The size label is missing, so I'm guessing it is extra small.
