One of my High School friends has fallen and broken a hip and is in a care facility. I go help as needed each day and today was very busy. I will post the other measurements hopefully tonight. spellofthegypsy @marnielynn831 Good morning. You are so kind. Thank you. My friend had 2 strokes, has dementia, and then fell and broke her hip. Her dementia prevents her from remembering so much and limits her willingness to exercise. She won't exercise unless I am there, and I can only be there one time a day because my travel time takes about an hour. I'm beginning to work on measurements this morning. I will complete today. All is well. I have a very good life, and I want to always make a difference.

I have Alzheimer’s and Dementia both which have run in my family and have taken two very important people in my life. I understand. It takes a strong loving, giving and unconditional type of human being to be there for someone going through such difficulties in that stage of life. I was with my Nonnie until her final breath.
