@shayjames611 I’m tempted to buy it. I ordered this on her website a couple of weeks ago and they sent me the wrong bag and I can’t get a hold of ANYONE. I’ve literally reached out any and every way possible. It’s so frustrating

@catania23 yeah their customer service is not great they’ve even said it in emails. The bag I have will come with all the original everything and I didn’t use the lock or key so that’s brand new
