Reposhing this item I purchased from @2_anushka_2. Loved it, but I am lucky enough that it is too large? Ha ha. Since it is a velvet material made with polyester, I cannot shrink it by washing. The waistband is elastic, with a wrap tie on top. The pattern is lovely. Questions? Leave a comment below!
