@xiaomodvintage hello there! This is a top with sleeves, but the sleeves are like a poncho fit. It doesnt give me the info on specific material, but it feels like a thick woven cotton blend if I were to guess. This is a gorgeous piece, the pics don’t do it justice! I do have a mannequin coming, so that will help with my pictures soon!
