American Attitudes Crotchet Poncho Shawl w/ Fringe Girl's Vintage

Pre-owned but likely not worn. This seems too small to me to be for women, so I'm listing it as girls, possibly Junior's. The tag says "Size One" which could mean "One Size Fits All", and considering that it's a sleeveless poncho, it probably can fit multiple body types. See measurement photos of the side and neck hole.
