I purchased this for our kiddo to keep water/shampoo out of their eyes. Only tried once and was never used again. It works to keep water/shampoo out of the eyes. Snap closure on the back with adjustable straps. Crown is made of plastic and the part that goes around the head is made of silicone. Items ship as is and out the next day unless it's Saturday (no shipping on Sundays)
