elana_aldrich @lashes1492 hi! I’ve owned many Dyson products and eventually all will ‘die’. If you call Dyson and talk through fixes they can get it working or it possibly will need new battery which can be bought through them, I’m not sure. I didn’t use this much at all so wasn’t worth it to me to spend time investigating. I hate throwing things out and think fixing something second hand is always better than buying new but of course someone is free to throw away the unit and just keep the stylers.
