This is the Outlander LitJoy 'Celtic Knot Metal Shawl Pin', from the Sassenach collection. It features the 'Je Suis Prest' inscription. Perfect for celebrating the Outlander series while adding a touch of heritage to any outfit. Poshmark's 'brooch' category was the closest I could find to describe this, but it is a shawl/scarf pin. It's completely unused and brand new (though didn't have original tags).
