Size 18, with a DDD cup size. I absolutely wore this comfortably after a certain amount of weightloss, so it does accommodate a DD just fine. Drawstring on the front under the breastline. Adjustable straps. Great condition, with the exception of the Lake Hartwell mud discolored stain in the inside. I've tried everything, nothing gets it out. Love this top so much! Time to let it go though. Washed and sun sanitized
