girligirl56 Hi. I saw this I have hair loss from brain radiation. I see this can be dyed? I know the #8 cocoa is too light and their #6 Fudge-cycle is to dark plus I’m older & have grey mixed in. I’ve tried their human hair Top Smart, you can’t color. , I just have such a hard time with color.

malinois7 @girligirl56 hi - yes - color is always the issue with toppers matching! By far the best solution is to buy a tad lighter than u need & have it toned to match your exact color - that is how the professionals get bio hair & topper hair to match exactly. I strongly recommend using a professional who uses shades eq to tone your hair & topper hair with the exact same toner. Always blend your grey hair - don't use permanent dye - it immediately grows out with harsh line.

Plus - it conditions your hair & makes topper hair & your hair SO soft & healthier! search grey blending online & on tiktok - shades eq is just the best & most popular - it is only color I ever use! this topper is gorgeous & was specifically made to color - but again - use a pro that uses shades eq for both your hair & the topper - whichever topper you go with.

malinois7 @girligirl56 if you purchase this Jon Renau & it doesn't work - just put in a return request that says density is wrong & posh will approve the return (I will put in wrong density just so u can return it if it doesn't work). God knows you have more than enough on your plate as it is! This is a gorgeous comfortable topper & SO natural & realistic! Have your stylist cut it (or whichever topper u buy) while it is on, so it literally becomes your hair.

malinois7 @girligirl56 Redken Shades EQ will be the best hair decision of your life! It's a million times better to blend grey than permanent dye - Shades EQ color looks so much more natural & it is so much easier & lower maintenance & looks a billion times better!! Please let me know if u have any questions & I will add density now just in case u need an excuse to return!

girligirl56 Hi, I really like this topper. I appreciate your offer. I like that it can be dyed. I have one I bought but the color didn’t look right on me and the salon says I can’t dye it. malinois7 @girligirl56 I know exactly what u mean. Most human hair toppers can be colored or toned darker - but not lighter - it just becomes a much bigger challenge for stylist - but they absolutely can do it - so just get a topper as close to your tone in a 1-3 levels lighter than your bio hair & have it toned to match your hair. it completely solves matching problems. Just use Redken Shades EQ or similar demi permanent - you will be so much happier with results!

girligirl56 I appreciate this information. I like this one you have. I purchased a Top Smart in Remy & took it to several salons they wouldn’t touch it. I live in a rural area. I still want to look nice. I’m older near 70 but my hair is dark with about 25% grey. All my hair didn’t come back after brain radiation. I’ll keep yours in mind
