XL Women's athletic shorts drawstring waist

XL polyester stretch athletic shorts. Black with white stripes. The fabric is stretchy but there is no elastic in the waist, just the drawstring. The waist measures 21 inches laying flat but the drawstring will cinch it up a bit. There is a small snag in the drawstring (pictured) but the shorts are in excellent condition. 3.5" inseam. From a smoke-free pet-free home.
