@tangel77 Hi I'm so sorry, I just saw this and yes, they are true to size. I wear a size 8.5 and these fit perfectly I just don't ever wear them so want to allow someone else to enjoy them. They are very comfortable, and I hope this helps :)

it is attached to the sneaker at one spot and can be cut off only
