@nragazzo It's 35 inches from the very bottom of the lace hem to the very top of the lace bust (not including straps, but to where the straps attach) and the straps are adjustable! The opaque silk part of the dress (not including the lace on top or bottom) is 32 inches. I'm 5'3" and it hits right at my knees. The adjustable straps are nice though and my tailor said it would be super easy to take the lace trim off the bottom and hem it shorter, then re-attach the lace if you wanted
