Vintage Grey Paisley Button-Down

Laura and Jayne vintage grey button-down paisley shirt. This shirt has a few flaws. It's missing the button at the top before the double buttons on the neck. (This is shown in the third photo.) I have no idea if there was a button there to begin with, but it feels like it should be there. This shirt has a couple of loose strings. (Shown in fourth photo) I'm not sure what the size of the shirt is. I would say maybe a small. I'll include measurements below. ——— Bust - approx. 18 inches flat Sleeve - approx. 21 inches Armpit to end of shirt - approx. 11 inches Neck - approx. 15 inches ——— I couldn't find a tag for material or wash instructions.
